Natural, Reportage Wedding Photography for Couples Who value Real Moments

Hi I am Peter, I photograph weddings in a calm, unobtrusive way – focusing on genuine moments, real emotions and the atmosphere of the day as it naturally unfolds. My approach is often described as documentary, reportage or simply natural wedding photography. If you’re looking for relaxed, honest images that feel like you – rather than staged or over‑directed – you’re in the right place.

All Day Coverage – £1650
Flexible Coverage – £225 / Hour

Our photos are brilliant, even better than we could have imagined. Peter was so friendly, accommodating to any requests we had and overall did a fantastic job of capturing our day. Thank you, Peter!

A calm, unobtrusive approach — No Awkward Posing

Documentary wedding photography (also known as reportage) is simply about telling the story of your day as it happens. I don’t interrupt moments or ask you to repeat anything for the camera – instead, I stay in the background, quietly observing and capturing real interactions as they unfold. Most couples I work with tell me they’re not comfortable posing, and that’s completely fine. My approach is calm and unobtrusive, focused on genuine moments and natural images that capture the mood and story of your wedding day. When we do take a few portraits, I’ll give gentle, easy direction so it feels relaxed and effortless – no stiff poses, no forced smiles, just you being yourselves.

Hi, I am Peter

I am a wedding photographer and I genuinely love what I do. I’ve had the privilege of photographing over 220 weddings across the UK and Europe. Along the way, that’s taken me from city celebrations to destination weddings in places like Venice, Santorini, Marbella and Tuscany. My background in travel and street photography taught me to observe quietly and notice the moments you can’t stage or repeat – because people always look their best when they’re not thinking about the camera. On a wedding day, I blend in like a guest and work calmly in the background, so you can stay present, enjoy your day, and focus on what really matters. When I’m not photographing weddings, you’ll usually find me with my family, exploring new places or chasing good light with a camera in hand.

The emotion and feelings you were able to capture was outstanding. We don’t have any negative feedback, this is more than what we ever imagined. Thank you so much.
